Students, if you had the chance to become an ancient Egyptian pharoah for a day, what would you do? Would you change the slave policy? Would you build a new pyramid or monument in your own honor? In a 3-4 sentence paragraph, describe your day as an Egyptian ruler.
If I had the chance to rule over ancient Egypt for a day, I would cetainly have fun with it. I would first build a completely new statue of a cat with my face in place of the cat's. I would also abolish the slave laws and create a new law mandating that former slaves will now hold power over those who had previously held power over them. Would this day be completely chaotic? Most likely, yes, but it would certainly be entertaining.
